Do all the rooms have a sea view?
All rooms, except for the Mare room, have a private terrace with sea view.

Yes, each room has a private en-suite bathroom with shower.
Is there air conditioning in all rooms?
Yes, each room has independent air conditioning.
Are the rooms accessible by lift?
Yes, the building has an internal lift for easy access to the rooms, including the Caprile suite, which has its own direct entrance.
Breakfast and wellbeing
Where can I have breakfast?
For the Caprile, Sole, Terra and Luna rooms, breakfast is served on the terrace or in the panoramic dining room.
For the Mare room, breakfast is served at Hotel Gabbiano, just a few meters from the property.

What time is breakfast available?
Breakfast is served daily from 7:30 AM to 11:00 AM.
Is it possible to book a massage?
Yes, we provide in-room massage services upon request, with at least 24 hours' notice. You can choose from several different types.
Is there a jacuzzi available?
Yes. The Caprile suite has a private jacuzzi on the terrace. Guests staying in the Mare room have free access to the jacuzzi at Hotel Gabbiano.

How far is Casa Caprile from the heart of Positano?
We're about 900 meters from Spiaggia Grande and the heart of the town center.
Are there any shuttle buses or public transport nearby?
Yes, the public shuttle stop is only 50 meters away and the bus stop is 300 meters away.
Is parking available?
Yes, we have an agreement with a fee-based car park, 50 meters from the property.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is available from 2 p.m., and check-out must be completed by 10:30 a.m.
What do I need to show when I check in?
Upon arrival, guests are required to show a valid photo ID and a credit card.
Is the reception always open?
The reception is open from 6:45 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Yes, you can do so when making your booking. Special requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.

Yes. Our staff will be happy to help you organise excursions, guided tours, private transfers (including to/from the airport) and other activities in the area.
Are private parties or events permitted?
No, we do not host bachelorette parties, stag parties or similar events.
Are there quiet hours?
Yes, to ensure maximum relaxation for all guests, we ask that you keep quiet between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
